Medical

Some of this section is a repeat of the Pregnancy section, but not all of it. We wanted any users of this site to be able to find exactly what they needed and in a spot that pertains to them. For example, if you are pregnant and need to know how the Austrian Health System works, then you will more than likely click on our Pregnancy link, while if you are the mother of two toddlers or you are searching for a doctor for yourself, you might start by looking in our Medical section.

The VBC does not endorse or support any one doctor or specialist! We strongly emphasize that all of our entries for doctors, dentists, etc. are recommendations from our members. We acknowledge that one person's great experience can perhaps be another's bad one. But these are at least doctors who have been visited by a VBC member and liked for one reason or another. This is a place for you to start if you need one. (Another place to look is in the American Women's Association's book, Living in Vienna.)

If you would like to recommend your doctor, dentist, specialist, etc., please email webmaster@viennababiesclub.com. We need the name, address, phone number, office hours, KK/Private, Web site if any, and most of all, why you like this particular care provider.
